“Ciao ragazzi! I’m Edo (short for Edoardo). I’m from Gaiole in Chianti, a tiny town in the Tuscan countryside.

While my region is very famous because of the wine, here is still mostly quiet villages tucked into the hillsides. It's perfect for walking, cycling, and great driving! I have been leading one to two week cycling and cultural trips around Tuscany (and a few other regions) for the past 12 years and love helping travelers explore our medieval and renaissance towns as well as the gorgeous countryside.

By now I think it's safe to say that I have visited all of Tuscany and know my region really well. But even I still continue to discover unexpected treasures while guiding. Tuscany receives many visitors and can become very busy during the summer, but if you know where to go and when, you can still beat the crowds and get a look at authentic life here. And that's what I always do with my guests!

I travel a lot myself, and have road tripped all over Europe, New Zealand, and parts of Brazil, so I think I understand what other travelers are looking for.
